The disk is available on the Dropping Gems bandcamp page, complete with a name-your-price option. However, all proceeds from the sale of "Gem Drops" benefits the American Cancer Institute and their continuing research into a cure. It's a great cause, with an added bonus of a hand-made, hand-decorated physical CD for anyone who donates $15 or more. Be sure to include shipping information in your order if you decide to go this route.
The comp disc features Shigeto, Devonwho, Juj, Connie Hawkins, and Sumsun, among numerous others. It's a rad collection of music, and proves that beat heads are capable of more altruistic endeavors than smoking blunts and listening to J Dilla.
